Q-T WELCOMES CAROLINE AND ANNA!
The Quantum-Touch Home Office in SLO,
CA, welcomes Caroline Campbell
and Anna Shevtsova with great joy and gratitude. Caroline has joined the
Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Rep and Anna has joined the
Instructor Program as an Instructor Program Assistant. They have relocated
from the East Coast in order to join us. We are also very pleased to
welcome Anna's husband, Dave, to California;
he will be receiving his certified instructorship status very soon. We
are thrilled that all of you are here! Welcome!
VIDEO WORKSHOP PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT
Quantum-Touch has re-structured the Video Workshop Program; there is a price
increase from $65.00 to $75.00 US per video workshop participant. In
order to make this a smooth transition, it is recommended that you complete
your existing workshops already posted on the QT website and/or in progress and
charge the $65.00 US fee per participant, as we will honor that pricing when we
process your workshop, up until January 2007. We will begin implementing
the new pricing when your next workshop session is scheduled. The
facilitator still keeps the same amount as previous ($40.00 US per
participant), but the participant must now pay $35.00 US to obtain course
credit and have a “Certificate of Completion” mailed. Participants will
not be able to order a DVD package from a video workshop session; instead they
will be directed to the “on-line” store located on the QT Website, or they may
call our customer service line at (805) 781 9227, extension #4. In
addition, Evaluation Forms will no longer be required and therefore have been
eliminated from the Info Pac. The new materials and guidelines have been
posted on the QT Website under “Facilitator Info Pac” at <classic.quantumtouch.com/VWSInfoPac.pdf>.
If you need further clarification about the changes coming into effect
regarding video workshop facilitating and the price adjustment, please do not

2. A Call to Action!! QT Think Tank Action Groups – by Richard Gordon
As we are growing in popularity around the world, it has come to my attention
that there are still about 6,500,000,000 people who have not yet learned about
Quantum-Touch. To remedy this small oversight, we are going to create
think tank action groups.
These will be groups of people who have special skills, knowledge, perhaps
connections, and a willingness to take action. We will meet on the phone
on a regular basis to share ideas, assign action and move forward. We
will create 5 think tanks to generate action. They are as follows:
1) Fund Raising for the Life-Force Project.
The Life-Force Project is a non-profit organization which will do research on
energy healing and outreach to those in need, such as to people in prisons and
third-world countries.
2) Research – We want to work with people who
have a background in research that can assist us in setting up research
projects at universities and other places. This is more about helping to
generate the research than brainstorming the projects, although that will come
up.
3) Celebrities and Influential People. Do
you have contacts with people who can influence others when they get
excited? These can be people in the fields of movies, TV, music, or other
extraordinary folk. I will be moving to Los Angeles to help bring greater visibility
to QT, and one of the ways is through these contacts.
4) The Quantum Athlete – we want to make contact
and impress professionals in the field of sports about how QT can transform
fitness training and help athletes accelerate their recovery from injury.
5) Media. We want to find writers,
documentary makers and others who can spread the word about Quantum-Touch.

(5). I have carried out a lot of work with animals, and my first insight
showed an importance for me to direct and pass energy through the heart center
as well as the palms of the hands. I felt that I was able to emanate more
compassion, which seemed to enhance my work with people later on. This
may have been introduced due to the unconditional nature of most animals which
I was able to develop and work with later around people.

4. Quantum-Touch Wows Skeptics in the ER
Mike is the Medical Director of the Emergency department where I work. He
always had a half smile on his face when ever he saw me working on the other
staff. One afternoon, Mike twisted the wrong way at handover with LOTS of
other staff around. He verbalized that his shoulder really hurt and did
not know what he had done to it. I heard him and walked up behind him and
said, “Let me fix that for you Mike.”
Within seconds of me putting my hands on his shoulder the pain was going and
was gone within minutes. Everyone was looking at us and he said, “Wow,
Lu! That stuff REALLY WORKS!” That was a huge step. I have started
touching up (a fun way of talking about QT) the patients with great results.
Mike is still thanking me for fixing his shoulder. Cool eh!

5. Quantum-Touch in Bosnia / Herzegovina
On 14th August 2006 in the midst of the airport chaos in the UK, I traveled
from Heathrow Airport to Bosnia & Herzegovina to work with Phoenix-Aid, a
charity which was started two years ago working with those who have incurred
injuries/trauma and are still suffering even though the Bosnian war ended in
1995. Many are left in poverty as their breadwinners were killed or
injured during the war.
Two people, Sarah Greenwood and Karen Tinker, decided they needed to help as
they were alternative and complementary therapists and had both been to Bosnia
before through a charity, giving treatments to those suffering from war
injuries and trauma.
They realized that there was a need for qualified therapist in Bosnia
full-time, as the treatments given by the charities only reached a small
percentage of those needing them, and for a limited time each year. Sarah
founded a new charity, Phoenix-Aid, with the full intent of training Bosnian
nationals in order that they would be able to treat their own people all the
year round.
To date, the charity has run several courses in Massage, Indian Head Massage,
Reflexology and Aromatherapy, worked with some homes for physically and
mentally ‘challenged’ people of all ages and has given free treatments to
Bosnians when they can. They and their students are in the middle of
setting up regular visits to these homes to give a variety of treatments as
well as setting up a therapy centre in the town of Ilidza, which is about 5Km
outside Sarajevo.
My decision to go to Bosnia was to teach the form of Healing that I know has worked
with so many people across the world, Quantum Touch®; I know that its simple
techniques could be given to these people so they can use it to help the people
of Bosnia. I went for four days; in my first two days I held a Workshop
with 15 students. It was amazing how they physically changed after the
first day: I saw light in their eyes and happiness in their bodies. A
number of them even said that their families had not seen them with such a big
smile on their faces or seen them so happy for many a year. By the end of
the workshop, the students were full of enthusiasm and just wanted to use their
newly found techniques on family, friends and other Bosnians.
On my third day I visited a centre for the Protection of Children and Young
People with Physical and Mental problems in Zovik. This visit moved me in
many ways, because I saw with my own eyes the cramped situation the centre has
to work in and the complete dedication and love the very small staff has for
everyone in the Home. I worked on four young men, who were very crippled
and mentally disturbed, but I had great satisfaction that they were responding
to my touch and their smiles and contented groans were good enough to know that
Quantum Touch® was working within them.
I have been asked to return for longer next time and I have agreed to do this,
so my return to Bosnia has been planned for February 2007 when I intend to run
a second workshop for some of my original group and others, as well as for the
nurses and staff of the Centers for the Children. I will also have more
time to treat more people at the therapy centre as well as at the children’s
homes.

6. Splintered Upper Arm Healed with Distance Sessions
A woman (65) with a splintered upper arm was told that this would take at least
a year to heal. Two 10 minutes Supercharge distance sessions healed it
within three months. Flabbergasted doctors... And the woman will start
learning QT.
Also somebody came home from France and found her bed wet. The mattress
smelled like fungus or something. 'No limits!' she learned from me and
treated the mattress immediately. After 15 minutes there was no smell
anymore! Clean bed. Well, no limits for sure!

7. Insight into Emotional / Physical Connections
I always ask that someone be shown any emotional connections to their physical
problem; this intention/request has never failed to work, and the great thing
is the client comes up with the connections and then works them out for
themselves. That way it's completely accurate and meaningful, and any
emotional blocks just start to dissipate very naturally. I love the
process! Love is always the answer!

8. QT – Easy on the Eyes
Mid-morning Friday, August 18, 2006, my husband, Lew, was alarmed to see that
there was a large pooling of blood in the white of one eye. It was
alarming to me as well. To rule out something serious, we called the
local eye clinic. An emergency appointment was set for 1:45 p.m.
We decided to run energy on the eye, just to see what would happen. I ran
energy twice before the appointment, hands cupped over the eye. Total
time for both short sessions together was less than 15 minutes.
After the first short session, there was minimal improvement. After the
second one some time later, the eye began to clear up. Lew said, “If I’d
known it would look this good, I wouldn’t have bothered with an appointment.”
I, on the other hand, wanted to find out the potential reasons this could have
happened since it’s so out of the ordinary for Lew.
By 1:45 the eye looked pretty good. It was red, but didn’t look like an
emergency problem at all. We waited about an hour for him to be worked in
between the regular appointments.
The optometrist was not concerned about the source. It was a broken vessel at
the top of the eye resulting in pooled blood in the eye. He mentioned
potential causes: strain (Lew lifts weights) or “too much” vitamin E and Flax
seed oil (he takes both). So we were no longer worried.
What was strange was this: the optometrist was totally baffled. He quizzed Lew
about when he first saw this. He wouldn’t accept that the blood had just
appeared mid-morning Friday. He explained it must have been several days
before. He insisted that at the very least, it had to have happened the
day before, “. . . because the blood that’s left is ‘old’ blood. . .”
Even then, he said that Lew’s body must absorb blood very fast.
Yes, about four hours. By that evening, the eye was almost totally clear.
I ran energy again briefly in the evening. Two days later, all traces of blood
were gone.
Healing is believing.

9. Breast Surgeon Uses QT before Performing Surgery
This past weekend I had fun with the grandkids with a very active time in the
pool and then slept wrong on my shoulder. I have had trouble with it in
the past but this pain, the next morning, was excruciating. I ran energy
for a while before I got up and then again later in the morning. It
seemed to help only a little. It just wouldn’t go back into the right
place!
Later that evening after favoring it all day at the fair I told my daughter (a
family practice doctor with training in Quantum Touch) and she ran energy for
30 minutes or so. The pain subsided and finally I felt the shoulder
“click” back into place. But there was a residual aching.
Monday morning I was due in surgery for a full day of operating on breast
cancer patients. I could not be impaired! When I entered the
operating room and saw my staff. I relaxed. My circulating nurse is
Quantum Touch trained! After all the usual business of getting the first
patient on the table and asleep, I asked Deb to send me energy for my
shoulder. I noticed a warmth and glanced over to see Deb holding her
hands cupped around an ethereal shoulder, sweeping and breathing. I finished
the day pain free and the surgeries went well.
By the way, the nurse anesthetist that day uses energy healing and is
interested in taking a QT workshop. Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone in
the OR shared energy by way of Quantum-Touch? It could change how patients
view a trip to the operating room from total dread to loving acceptance with
much faster healing. Imagine being surrounded by all that love!

11. Textbook-Perfect Surgery while QT is Administered
I am a minister and counselor and have on several occasions gone to the
hospital with friends for surgery. One was a very serious surgery as my
friend had to be opened from chest to pelvis. Organs had to come out to
reach the aneurysm on top of her kidney.
As we were admitting her for surgery, she became anxious. When I sent the
energy, it actually stopped the nurse’s computer and I left the room. I
ran energy to her a few minutes later and she went into a blissful state.
I sent energy during surgery. The nurse’s headache went away (she knew I was
sending). Another nurse had tons of energy, which she normally
didn’t. According to the surgeon, the surgery was totally textbook
perfect. He did not know I was sending energy. He stated he had
never had such a textbook perfect surgery and seemed surprised. She
experienced a fast and complete recovery.
