2. What is Your Vision? - By Richard Gordon

I am thrilled to know that so many parts of my vision of the future are coming true, even if they are only baby steps at this time. Beyond anything I see happening in individual session, the vision is what excites me most. Those who have been using QT for some time know how amazing distance healing is. When you hold a vision of the world as if it were true, and run energy into that vision, you're probably doing more good than you might imagine. Please take any piece of the vision, add to it, make it your own and send it love, gratitude and energy on a regular basis. Live as if it were already true.

3. My Vision for the Future - By Richard Gordon

I have no doubt that serious research into life-force energy will inevitably transform our conception of physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, psychology and botany leading to an entire new branch of science I like to call Life-Force Science.

Including consciousness in science will not only change the sciences forever, but even more importantly, it will transform how we perceive our world and ourselves. The impact of the awareness of the life-force energy will also occur on a very personal level. I believe that a few of the most likely changes will include:

. Healers would be embraced in every hospital, emergency room, ambulance, clinic and institutions such as insurance companies. By today's standards of patient recovery, the healing would look like something out of science fiction.

. Hands-on healing would become a part of the education of every child from preschool on up. When a child falls, the other children would gather around to help. When a child is suffering from ADHD, he or she could quickly be brought into balance with energy work. By the time each child finishes their education, they would all be exceptionally powerful and wonderful practitioners.

. Life-Force Universities would be established all over the world to study and employ every approach that improves life on the planet

. Professional sports teams would all embrace it.

. People would naturally and casually be doing healing work on each other in public. We will see them helping to remove headaches, relieving back pain or whatever, in line at movie theatres, cafes, bookstores, etc.

. Health care in third would countries would transform. A report from the World Health Organization stated that Western Medicine could never be the solution for world health because it is too expensive.

. Longstanding "enemies" could do ongoing healing sessions on each other.

. Direct spiritual experiences and the power of our own presence can transcend religious dogma.

. Humans will appreciate that their love is immeasurably valuable and has profound impact.

. Breakthroughs will be made that I can't even imagine.

When life-force is considered real, we will have a new lens through which to view the world. The way we grow food and what we eat will be evaluated in terms of how it affects our life-force. Education will be evaluated by how creative and loving processes enhance the child's life-force. Medical practices can be evaluated by how well the treatments enhance the patient's life-force. The value of exercise, yoga, pranayama, tai chi, and other various kinds of bodywork can take on a new importance. We can see how laughter, the honest expression of emotions, and the impact of love, care, tenderness, and touch enhance the life-force. When we consider the life-force real, we will live in a world that can transform its priorities and be a healthier and more fulfilling place for us all.

I see a day when healing becomes a universal skill, and the level of pain and suffering on the planet is reduced to a small fraction of what we see today. I have seen families drawn close through the practice of healing each other. I foresee a day when the family of humankind can draw closer through the innate and universal power of loving each other with the use of healing energy.



4. Quantum-Touch is Music to the Hands

My 13 year old son was playing with some boys last week when he fell backwards and used his left hand to catch him. My son is a cellist and came home from school that day unable to achieve his usual range of motion on the cello.

He is in the Chicago Symphony Youth Orchestra and really needs to keep a daily practice schedule. I ran energy on his hand for about 15 minutes while I was driving him to his cello lesson. He kept saying, "No improvement" after I had run energy into his hand. He ended up doing a theory lesson because he couldn't play without significant pain.

I ran energy into his hand some more that evening. The next day he woke up with no swelling and no pain, and no further pain since then. Sometimes it's important to remember that there can be a delay, for what ever reason before the energy kicks in to full gear.

5. Healings at a Video Workshop in Rio de Janeiro (Wow!)

Cecilia felt that her neck and shoulders were tense and that there was a small bump on one of her neck vertebrae. After receiving QT energy she felt that her neck was elongated, as if it were stretched, and was realigned, the bump gone. She even felt a cracking sound as the neck went back in place.

Nadia (Reiki Master) has a severe hip problem and was diagnosed with arthritis and an indication of needing left hip replacement surgery. Her hips were not aligned, showing maybe a one inch difference.

After two participants ran QT for two minutes her hips were leveled. They used the "patty cake technique". Her left knee is "genovalgo" and she felt it snap. On her left hip, the labrum, there was a feeling of realignment of the entire leg, and at the end of the exercise she was able to walk without limping, placing her weight on the entire left foot - something that hadn't happened in many years.

Ricardo's cervical was hurting, sore and tense. After running QT the tension left the area and he felt tension in the diaphragm area (solar plexus). They polarized the area, running energy (hands on the lower back) and the tension was gone, his head gave way to it's weight, the neck became elongated and relaxed. He had a feeling of surrendering.

6. Results of Expecting Miracles with Quantum-Touch

Reading thru all the posts, I am ecstatic about the healing that has come about with QT. I see & experience this on a daily basis, but haven't had the time to post on all the wondrous events I have witnessed. Here are a few of the 'miracles' I've seen:

- A man with recurring neck pain was seeing me for massage. I decided to finish off his treatment with a few minutes of QT on the neck just to seal the work. I watched his jaw go slack within seconds, and when he left, he said his jaw felt like it was hitting the ground---and his neck felt great!

- An elderly gentleman sought treatment for severe spasms in the low back, although he did have pain everywhere from the hips up. I ended the session with QT on his neck & he said his neck hasn't felt that great in years. Now when he comes in for massage, he requests that I finish with the QT on his neck.

- A young lady had ACL surgery and developed a bone infection shortly after. When she came for treatment, the infection was gone, but the whole lower leg & knee were severely swollen, and she was barely able to walk. After 45 minutes of QT, the swelling was barely visible, the pain in the lower leg disappeared, and the pain in her knee had decreased dramatically. She was able to walk almost normally when she left. I saw her again 2 weeks later, and the lower leg has remained pain free with no swelling, and her knee has only a minimal amount of swelling & pain. She told me that she felt the QT had sped up her healing immensely.

- I treated an elderly woman for shoulder pain recently. She'd had problems with it for many years, but never this severe. She was told by her doctor to never raise that arm over her head and she complied. After running energy on that shoulder for 5 minutes, I asked her to move the arm and she brought it up over her head for the first time in years-pain free! The range of motion isn't 100%, but this has given her hope for recovery!

- I did a distance treatment for an elderly gentleman who had collapsed at home. He was rushed to the hospital & had a blood transfusion. I did the treatment while he was in the hospital right before the blood transfusion. The doctors suspected internal bleeding, so once this man was stabilized, they did a g.i. scope, then a colonoscopy, and finally a barium x-ray. They found absolutely nothing, except one spot on the colon that might have been the culprit, but it had healed. That was Nov 2004, and to date, he is fine.

- My teeth have always been crooked & I have a serious aversion to metal in my mouth. It makes me gag, so I wouldn't ever consider getting braces. (Even the thought of braces in my mouth makes me gag!) After taking the Supercharge class, I thought I'd try straightening them using some of the techniques Alain taught. Well, here it is, 2 months later, and my teeth aren't straight, but they are shifting! I have crowding as well as an overbite. The overbite has lessened on one side and I'm not sure what else is going on, but my bite is different. The molars don't line up like they did before. I'll post later on this one!

I look for, and expect miracles to happen everyday..and they do. Some miracles are bigger than others, but they are all miracles, nonetheless. There truly are no limits as to what QT can do! I keep an open mind, trust that all will unfold as intended & have fun!

7. Progression of Healing with Quantum-Touch

The greatest success with QT that I have had has been on my mom - in - law 86 years old. She had been told that she needed a hip replacement but she was not on medical aid and would have had to wait over two years for a general hospital operation. We felt that we didn't want her to go through a general anesthetic at her age.

So, I began Quantum Touch on her after reading the book and teaching myself the techniques. She was in tremendous pain and had resorted to walking with two crutches and could not lift her left leg by itself, could not get into a bath or a car without dragging the leg carefully in and generally at a pain level of 9/10 most of the time.

(I felt intuitively that the pain commencement had been around the time when her precious dog had been run over before her eyes and that a lot of forgiving had to take place as well!)

Well during the third session there was excruciating pain in the groin, upper thigh and eventually in the knee - jumping back and forth. I told her to stay with the pain and keep breathing deeply and the pain eventually completely abated and to her amazement she could bend the knee up and down and lift it right up. After this session she was able to turn over in bed, get into the bath and car without pain and only had pain left in the groin.

By the end of the 6th session she was almost pain free and had a new lease on life. She still used 1 crutch for support in case her knee gave way (each session however was characterized by intense pain during the session moving from groin to thigh to knee and below the knee - the pain seemed to be working itself out in layers)

At this stage she returned to Johburg - after some lengthy chat sessions about having to forgive and move on - and I saw her again when I came down for the workshop - she was still virtually pain free and using only one crutch for support. After the course I gave her another treatment before returning to Botswana, during which she had intense dragging pain down into the knee and again in the groin (she became upset because she thought the pain was returning for good!!) We breathed through the pain again and I reassured her that it was yet another layer resolving itself.

The pain subsided and she was then able to walk across the room without any support at all. She is so excited and is now trying out running energy herself!!!

For me it has been an eye opener to watch her progressively get better and better and simultaneously see her improve emotionally. The future is not so gloomy for her now and she can get back into her garden again - her real joy. This work is amazing and so very rewarding. The bond between us is stronger than it has ever been and I have loved working on her and seeing the improvement session by session. I have just phoned her and she is, in her words, "On top of the world".

8. Neal Harris: How he was Inspired to Become a Quantum-Touch Instructor

When word of Quantum-Touch reached my consciousness, I had already been a Reiki practitioner for over 15 years and a teacher of it for several of those. I secured a copy of the Quantum-Touch book and audiocassette and began to practice the breathing and body focusing techniques on my own. Unlike other audiocassettes that I have listened to, I felt compelled to listen to Richard speak about Quantum-Touch 6 times in row from start to finish. This behavior I found highly unusual in myself as I usually give a quick listen to many audio programs and rarely ever finish listening to any because they didn't captivate my attention. Richard's most definitely did!

Even though a few of my more advanced Reiki students had already taken a Quantum-Touch workshop and didn't have a positive experience (they collectively referred to it as "snake oil" and a "dog and pony show"), I didn't let that stop me as I knew I had to find out for myself. After hosting and taking the basic workshop several times and going on to take the advanced classes, I saw how effortlessly my practicing on my fellow classmates seemed to create a shift in both the physical and emotional issues they brought to the table.

I quickly incorporated Quantum-Touch into a volunteer Reiki treatment experience I had been performing for people with cancer at a local hospital. I gave 10-15 minute treatments and when I quickly began seeing the shift in emotional/physical pain that occurred when I switched from Reiki to Quantum-Touch, I was truly amazed. And so it will continue.

I plan to carry on with my practice and teaching of Reiki as that was my first love. However, I can't wait to see what life will be like and what I will have learned about healing when, like Reiki, I have practiced Quantum-Touch for 18 years!

9. Purify Water around the World with QT

Many of you may be familiar with Dr. Masuru Emoto's research on the power of our thoughts, intentions and actions on water. I have personally experienced the difference in taste, texture and feeling on water I have run energy into using Quantum-Touch. It is sweeter, smoother and feels very refreshing as it nourishes my body.

With this in mind, and with the many natural (and not so natural) disasters we have experienced in the world recently, I would like to encourage you all to run energy into the water you consume, and also send energy into the water in the areas affected by the earthquake in Asia, the mudslides in Guatemala, the war in Iraq, as well as here in the US where the water has become highly toxic due to the destruction from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The power of our collective consciousness is immeasurable. Wherever you feel compelled to send energy, please do. Let's all use the gift we have with Quantum-Touch and send distance healing to the water of the world as well as to the people of the world.

10. Moving Bones with Quantum-Touch (Awesome!!)

I was just showing a woman who does cranial-sacral work, what QT feels like, and within 20 minutes every bone in her head and face moved and she felt it. She stated, "Wow, I've had every kind of energy work there is and nothing ever moved bone! I did not realize how much pressure I had in my face, and around my eyes." When she stood up I straightened her hips, and she walked away with a total make over... and 2 business cards.
