1. News from Quantum-Touch
ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

2. The Tummy Rock – by Richard Gordon
In the last newsletter I wrote about why rubbing your hands together can
temporarily increase the life-force energy. This time I have another approach
that works wonders and feels fantastic.
In my book, “Your Healing Hands,” there is a technique called, “The Tummy Rock”
(P. 43) which uses very gentle rocking. For some reason, when a person is
rocked back and forth for a few minutes, at the moment the rocking stops there
is a surge of life-force energy. Running energy when the surge happens is quite
surprising and pleasurable.
Here is how you can do it. From a comfortable position with a person lying in
his/her back, very lightly place left palm on their forehead and the right palm
just below the navel. Now rock the person rhythmically with the right hand.
Rock for two or three minutes and then stop, and leave your hands in place for
a few minutes. You can probably feel the surge of the Life Force energy and it
only helps to run energy while this is taking place.
Make sure that the rocking is even and gentle, like rocking a baby. The whole
torso moves an inch or two during the rocking. Follow the momentum of the body
to keep a smooth gentle pace. See that your right hand does not slide over the
surface while the body remains still. Hand and torso should move together. If
your friend doesn’t rock, you can press more deeply with your right hand or
pull from their right hip to cause the
rocking. When you stop the rocking leave your hands in place. Your friend may
feel energy tingling and rushing all through his or her body.
This is great for kids, or anyone who wants to quickly relax.

3. Practitioner Insights
(1). When massaging if I find a knot I, with intention, send energy to the
knot, while massaging other parts of the body. Often I find the knot will
melt away allowing me to go back and massage it out also.

(2). The word for Love in Maori is "Aroha." The words for
Focused Energy in Maori is "Aro Haa." My observation again is
how these powerful words are so closely linked, which is also what are probably
the most powerful words in Quantum-Touch.

(3). When sweeping the energy from the bottom of the feet to the top of the
head, keep going up to the 12th chakra before bringing the energy down and out
the hands to increase the power of the energy.

(4). Many clients become completely relaxed during a Quantum-Touch
session. Their relaxed state reminded me of that which is achieved with
hypnosis. I was able to combine my sessions with "post hypnotic
suggestions." For example, I have a client who experiences cold feet
at night. While he was relaxed and his feet felt warm from QT, I
suggested that he could lie in bed at night, take three slow deep breaths,
visualize my hands on his feet and recapture the feeling of warmth from our
session.

4. How Do You Spell Relief? QUANTUM-TOUCH
A friend of mine said that he recently had surgery to remove skin cancer on his
left shoulder. The doctor went in and dug out quite a large area and removed
the affected tissue. It was a very painful ordeal to say the least. After the
surgery they stitched him up and gave him a prescription for pain relief. Then
the day came to remove the stitches. His wife asked me to “send your healing
energy prayer”.
So, on the day the stitches were to be removed, I did distant healing on his
shoulder area for about an hour. Later he told me that they removed the
stitches and again gave him a prescription for relief, but he never filled it.
This time he NEVER felt any pain at all with his shoulder. He never had the
prescription filled, and he never had any problem with the shoulder since. And
the wound healed incredible fast. He says, “Wow, ya know, it’s kind of spooky.
They will cut your leg off, and you even won’t feel it! Anyway, what ever you
did, really worked, thanks”.

5. The Risen Chicken
One morning last week, I went out to do my usual morning chores. As I was
feeding the chickens, I turned to the water trough, and, to my horror, found
one of my hens floating in the water barely alive. I quickly gathered her
up and laid her on the ground. Her legs were stretched straight out, an
indication to me that she was near death. Her breathing was ragged and
shallow. I found a chair and pulled it into the morning sunrise, picked
her up and placed her in my lap. I immediately began running energy into
her body.
I knew that she was in shock and that might take her life over the soaked
condition of her body. She was too weak to struggle and remained in my lap for
over an hour. After an hour of running energy, I encouraged her to put
her feet under her and attempt to stand up. She was able to for a few
minutes. I then picked her up again and ran energy for about 15 more
minutes. Following that session, I put her on the ground and gave her
some grain. She began to eat. I watched her for the remainder of
the day. Today, she is back to laying and shows no sign of her near
drowning.

6. Distance Healing During Medical Macular Degeneration Treatment
A friend in California
called to let me know she had been diagnosed with macular degeneration (her
grandmother lost her vision to this disease). She entered into treatment that
was not yet approved by the FDA. The treatment called for in jecting
needles into her eye. She said that putting a stick in her eye would be more
comfortable but she would endure the pain in hopes that it would help. But, she
was unable to relax during the procedure.
I talked with her about QT and asked when her appointment was scheduled.
A friend (Kim) and I said we would be there with her "in Spirit" and
I promised that she would be able to relax. Fifteen minutes before her
scheduled appointment, Kim and I began the session by sitting across from each
other and running energy. We never tell each other how we are going to apply
QT. After about 20 minutes, Kim opened her eyes and said "she's fine"
and we stopped.
I received a call from Kathy - who was crying. The first needle she didn't even
feel and as they began the second insertion it was beginning to become painful.
The doctor attending her said she needed to relax - something she hasn't been
able to do - when suddenly she felt her eye totally relax and the discomfort
became bearable. Afterwards the physician ran her through several tests. He
asked how she felt. She said a little better. His response was "That's
like telling me I'm a little bald".
The improvement was short of miraculous. She does not have to go back for
another 6 weeks and of course Kim and I will be there in Spirit.

7. Straightening Broken Toes with Quantum-Touch
Yesterday morning, a friend called and asked if energy would work on Broken
bones.
She had broken her little toe by crashing into a large case sitting on the
floor when she got up in the night without turning on the light. The little toe
was angled out 25% from the foot. (She has an engineering background and can
determine angles by sight.)
She taped it, elevated it and put ice on it for some time during the night. She
didn't want to go to the ER just to have them say "Yes, it's broken,"
tape it and bill her. But it was painful. I believe she took some Tylenol
during the night.
I said energy works on everything and headed over.
She hobbled out of the house on crutches. She was unable to put weight on her
foot and could not move any of her toes.
I mixed a few drops of Helichrysum (great essential oil for anti-bruising) with
Vita Fons II ointment. I couldn't touch her toes so I cupped them hoping the
essence of the oil might help along with the energy.
We sat on the patio for 90 min., her foot in my lap so I could run energy. She
had taped her toes so I couldn't even see the extent of the damage, but when we
started she said the pain was about a six.
She reported feeling plenty of energy, was sensitive to when I increased
energy, could see blue when I put blue in the field and reported feeling
movement in her toe several times. She went down to no pain but then it began
to ache a bit. No more pain or throbbing, however.
Once that session was over, she could move all her toes and walked gingerly to
the house. She stayed on her feet for some time and by mid-afternoon was
hurting again so I ran more energy for about 30 min. and went back in the
evening for another hour.
She decided to go see her doctor. As it happens, her doctor is a friend of ours
a D.O. who knows our predisposition to natural alternatives. He didn’t know I
had started the Quantum Touch training.
When they took the tape off, both were surprised to find the toe was back in
place with very little bruising. “I thought you said it was at a 25% angle?” he
said.
“It was . . . yesterday morning!” She told him about the energy work.
He confirmed that the distal joint on the toe had been dislocated while the
break was at the next joint. Everything was back in place. He said I had done
with energy what he would have had to achieve with medication. The energy had
handled the muscle spasms caused by the trauma.
Both were amazed and very surprised at the mere shadow of bruising.
The P.S. to the story is funny. When I came home last night, I slipped off my
sandals and was walking across the kitchen floor and slipped on some water.
Like a comedy routine, I was flailing, and one foot slipped under the kitchen
cabinets and smashed into the baseboard, bending three toes oddly.
Nothing felt broken, but sort of out of place. After about five minutes or less
of running energy on myself, it felt like things slipped back into place.
Today, even the beginning of a bruise that was starting was gone.
Let me hasten to say I am still a beginner. Healing is believing.

8. Flabbergasted in Holland
Hi QT!
Last weekend we did some QT lectures and demonstrations on a big festival here
in Holland with 3000 participants and more than 200 workshops. It was a great
sunny atmosphere somewhere in the woods.
Many people came to us and we did very well. We gave away some 200 QT-CD's! So,
people will spread the QT word over here, buy the QT book or will visit a Basic
QT workshop somewhere in Holland. Very good! All Dutch go QT!
Many of our visitors went out of our tent amazed and flabbergasted with healthy
backs/necks/organs/heads/skin/etc. One wonderful story is about a woman
who had an accident 40 years ago. She broke her thigh which did not heal very
well. She had severe knee pain ever since, and her body was twisted all over
trying to compensate that probably. One of us gave her (like everybody) 5-10
minutes QT and first her hips and spine straightened, and later that evening
she came to tell us that she was pain free for the first time in 40
years! Wow! Gratitude!
Another woman’s hip had something that for years doctors could not find or name
or
whatever, but it did not feel good! After only 2 minutes her hips went like
SWOOOOSH......... straight again..........and no more pain! She was so glad!
Everybody present saw this sudden movement. Magic moment of body intelligence!
Well, many more adventures like this happened. You know them, we get used to
miracles. Boring stuff, haha...
Oh yes, one thing more. Somebody asked me after some talking if I could send
everybody in the tent QT energy. So he could feel it. Good idea I thought so I
did. I put the whole tent with everybody in it between my hands. Many felt it.
I did some Supercharging and asked everybody to give certain places in their
body light bandages, or put 'light suits' on with copper/silver/gold coating.
People felt all kinds of things
happening. So it worked very well. Give it a try!!!

9. Releasing Grief: A Session with Two Sisters
Last week, I had an appointment to do some energy work with two ladies who were
sisters. The first had some experience with energy work the second
didn’t.
As I was working with the first woman (her complaint was severe fatigue-with no
medical cause), I was getting very strong visual impressions of putting my fist
through a big hole in her heart. I didn’t say anything to her but continued the
session. I always finish my sessions with running energy through the bottom of
the feet. As I was doing this with her, her body literally started to rumble
(like a train was coming) and what I can only describe as "dirty" energy
began blasting out of her feet. I was compelled to just move out of the way.
She was able to feel all of this occurring. When her session was done-her face
had changed completely, she said she feel wonderful, light and free. When I
told her of my impression she told me that her mother had died the year before
and she was having a difficult time with it. It was a VERY profound experience
for both of us. She has since reported that her fatigue is gone and has been
able to begin grieving her mother.
When I did her sisters session, I had another amazing experience. When I
reached her abdomen area and put my hands on her, I began to weep, as did she.
I received very clear impressions that this was where she was carrying her
grief and I could feel every bit of it but it was not attached to me (if that
makes sense). When I reached her feet to end the session I was filled with the
most profound love for this woman but it was also not
attached to me-I believe it was coming from her mother. I also had very strong
impressions of some words I HAD to say to her-which were private so I will not
share them here. She began to weep-apparently for the first time since her
mother’s death.
It was a beautiful afternoon for all of us.

10. Cats, Colts and Clients
Hello QT folks,
I have been using QT with my massage and Reiki clients with some good success,
and on my horses, dogs and cats as well. Our old cat began to develop a
hyper-thyroid condition, which made him hungry all the time, losing weight and
meowing very loudly. The vets told me to send him to NC to a clinic that would
make him radioactive for a few days, and which would heal the thyroid.....it
cost $1,200.
I did not have the money, plus the cat is 16 years old and shy, would hate to
be away that long. So I did QT. He would come in the evenings and sit at my
feet and ask for a treatment, sitting very still while I ran the energy.
I did it for about a week, then he didn't ask any more and seemed bored with
it. He got well, gained weight and his meow got normal, not so loud. My vet was
pleased, and another client did the same to her cat and it also got better for
2 years, although it has since passed on at age 16. My cat is still healthy and
playful.
I have used QT for several people following surgery and saw huge differences
between the scars that I worked on and the scars from previous surgeries, also
more range of motion sooner. There are many other good success stories,
including cancer, scoliosis and more. QT is amazing, never underestimate the
power !!
I have used QT with horses to speed up healing in a hock fracture, to heal a
badly infected tooth root and sinus (OK, I did also use some DMSO on this, but
saved a pregnant mare 8 hours of surgery to extract the tooth!) and many
undiagnosed lamenesses and a strangles outbreak at a boarding
barn.
So, now I have a project which I would ask you all to help and practice your
long distance healing. I have a new colt, born Friday May 26 at 11pm, who is
very beautiful except for crooked front legs...he is quite knock kneed and the
lower legs splay out to balance him. His chest needs to widen and his forearms
need to straighten so his knees will face straight ahead and his lower legs
will come straight out from his knees and the hoofs will face straight ahead,
spaced evenly. I am doing some distance QT, as he is pretty wiggly and
will not stand still for direct contact on his legs for long...his lovely
little head is still too small for his halter, though he is tall and long
legged. When he is napping, I can do more, plus I stretch his legs and do
myofascial release on his chest muscles...horse yoga !!
I would ask that anyone with time would send him some energy. The colt is named
Reiki Master, "Reiki” for short. His mamma is named Scribble and is
a Hanoverian/ Thoroughbred cross who has had several very good show hunter
babies at the A shows, and his father is Zee Ruler, a Thoroughbred race-horse
stallion who won several big stakes races, ran for many years and stayed sound
and sane, so we have big hopes for little Reiki as a
show horse or event horse.

11. Nurses Notice the Effects of QT on the Job
Hi. I am a crystal healing practitioner and emergency nurse. I came across QT
by accident only about 8 weeks ago I don't even remember where I found it. I
have had a couple of really cool things happen with crystals but nothing like
what I am seeing with QT. I feel like I was guided to QT by some divine
power. My work colleagues now line up for sessions. Even my Nurse Unit Manager
came to me yesterday after noon and asked when I could work on her shoulders.
She said to me after I finished working on her, “I don't know how you are able
to do this”, and I said, “Ask God and let's be glad that it really works.” I
keep telling them all that they can do this too.
During the day I was admitting a patient and one of the nurses I had been
working on earlier said that I was needed in Triage and she took over the
patient for me. When I got out to triage, the triage nurse said her neck was
really sore and could I help her. The doctor in the triage area said that the
room felt really nice after I started working on her. So I guess the vibration
lifts in the room not just the person you are working on.
Let’s just keep on keeping on with QT.
