3) Another Elbow Story
After assisting at a basic Quantum-Touch weekend class in
Tampa, FL, the
instructor, Reyna Long, along with a person who had just
completed the
basic class, Barbara Olsen, and I went for dinner at a local
restaurant. As
we were waiting to order, a duo was setting up their
keyboard and drums
for the entertainment. I overheard the drummer asking the
keyboard
player how his elbow was feeling and he replied that he
would be lucky to
get through one set. They agreed to cut the first set short
by a couple of
songs and then determine if they would play a second set.
The keyboardist
had a large restraint placed on his arm, secured with Velcro
straps that
immobilized his elbow into a bent position. From facial
expressions he
displayed while setting up his equipment and during the
first couple of
songs, it was apparent he was in pain.
I don't remember which one of us thought of it, but one of
us suggested
that we do some remote QT on him while he was playing; so we
all
proceeded to focus and run energy. He was just starting his
third song
when we started running energy. Half way though his fourth
song he
jumped up off his stool and cried, "I feel a healing
comin' on!" He then
ripped of his arm restraint, put both arms straight up in
the air, and declared
himself healed. He proceeded to play out the rest of their
first set with lots
of energy and no apparent pain. He told his drummer that his
elbow was
"Feeling fine, thank you very much," and three
anonymous runners of
energy departed into the darkness of night.

4) Quantum-Touch Helps An 'Irregularity'
My daughter was in an auto accident and suffered from
several
uncomfortable symptoms afterwards. She was advised to go see
a
neurologist to investigate headaches, obvious loss of
memory, and some
dizziness and irritation behind her eyes.
The neurologist did an MRI and saw "an
irregularity". He then ordered a
second MRI which confirmed the irregularity. A third MRI
with dye was
ordered. During this time I was doing remote healing and
some hands-on
for my daughter. I went to the hospital with her for the
third MRI and sat
in the waiting room sending energy while she was undergoing
the MRI.
A week later she was cleared! They had seen what they
believed to be "a
tear in the artery in the back of her neck going to her
brain" in the first and
second MRIs. Had it been confirmed by the third MRI the next
step would
have been surgery. The third MRI showed no irregularities at
all and she
was released from doctor's care.
I am a firm believer in the power of energy healing and had
no doubts that
this "problem" would be cleared and obviously I am
very grateful for the
knowledge and faith that allows me to sit quietly and send
energy during
such a time.

5) First Healing Sessions
I read the book, Quantum-Touch, in one day and I just could
not wait to try
all the new stuff I learned. I had been learning Qigong for
a couple months
so I could already feel the life force (chi) or whatever you
may call it. I
dove right into QT with love and excitement. That night I
asked my
husband if he was hurting anywhere? He had cut his finger
and his back
hurt. So, I went to work. This was my first session. I
relaxed, gathered
myself together, and did some warm-up's (toning and
vortexing).
I cupped his finger lightly and tried to feel the life
force. This was a bit
hard and he was laughing a bit so I decided to work on his
back. I had him
lay down again did my warm-ups. I totally relaxed, laying my
head by his
side. I asked him to tell me if the pain moved or what
sensations he had.
He soon told me it was in his shoulder. I moved up and
sandwiched the
shoulder. After a minute or two I sandwiched the other
shoulder just to
keep balance. I was done with my first session after only
about eight
minutes. I was amazed that his back was feeling better. I
had a hard time
believing I could have done this right.
So I went to my best friend's house the next day
(yesterday). She was
lazily lying down on the couch lazy as always, and
complaining of a
headache. She is a skeptic and laughs about most the stuff I
tell her. I
swept her legs and had her turn over on the couch with her
head resting
upon a pillow. I placed my thumbs lightly on that spot on
the back of her
neck and my finger tips lightly on her head, while
remembering to do the
breathing. This session was only for about five minutes, but
after I got up
because her baby had awakened on the monitor, she turned
over and said
"Wow, dude, you're magic" She got up, said her
headache was a lot better
and started cleaning which she never does. Twenty minutes
later her
headache was all better. I still can barely believe it but
there it is! This is a
true story.
I want to thank Richard Gordon and everyone who helped
publish the book
Quantum-Touch, (http://classic.quantumtouch.com/QT_Covers.php)
and for
making it so easy to perceive and believe. Thank you thank
you thank you
Peace, light and love to all

---------------------------------
Hi Mrs. D---This is amazing stuff! I've been using QT for
about four
months now and I get amazing results just like you have.
Most of my
sessions are for just a few minutes, like for a headache or
a back ache, but
last week a client of mine took a fall in the parking lot,
landing on her tail
bone. The pain was making her cry. I work with people with
serious
mental illnesses, and am not supposed to ever touch them,
especially
women, but under the guise of doing first aid (acceptable),
I ran energy into
her tailbone for about five minutes. Soon she was laughing
and got up
saying that she didn't hurt although she was really
embarrassed about the
whole thing.
The next day, she said she had some bruises, but that she
still felt ok.
Another guy that I was giving a haircut to said that he had
a headache, so
when I finished the haircut, I ran some energy into the base
of his skull,
(realigning the bones in the skull), for about 15 seconds.
He stood up
smiling and turned his head to face me; he said that all of
a sudden his
headache, which he had for a week, was gone, and he could
move his head
without turning his whole body; all the stiffness had gone
out of his neck
and shoulders. These are just a couple examples of the
results I have been
getting. Good stuff, this QT.

6) Weight Loss
Hello to all who are reading this. I am new to this forum
and QT. I haven't
healed anybody of anything but I am working on myself . . .
healing foot
issues and more. My question is: has there ever been a topic
of weight loss
tossed around here? I would like to know what successes
there have been
with folks seeking to control their weight via QT; more
specifically, the
question might be, 'If you are seeking weight loss, do you
work on the
metabolism, the emotions or other directions as a focus of
intent and
attention?' Just curious.........and chubby! Thanks for any
feed back or
case histories you can share.
Reva *
---------------------------------
Reva,
I am new to QT as well, but since wearing the Q-Link as of
March 15, I
have actually lost a few pounds without trying. I am not
overweight, just
flabby! However, I have always struggled with eating issues.
When I'm
good, I'm very good. But when I'm bad, I'm very bad.
Those patterns seemed to have gone away. I now eat very
sensibly without
effort at all. I have lost my cravings for the foods that
are unhealthy or at
least cause me guilt.
I used to be obsessed with food and/or my weight to the
point of being
bulimic for many years in the past. The mind set of the
eating disorder
remained even when not doing the binge/purge thing any
longer.
I am 55 now and have never felt so free of being obsessed
with anything . . .
food, fear, aging, finances . . . on and on. The only change
I've made in
my life lately is the wearing of the Q-Link.
I imagine that running energy would help as well. Hopefully
someone will
give you tips on that score too.

7) Self-Healing
Does anyone have any success stories on using QT for
self-healing? From
time to time I get stiff in the lower lumbar area. I have
had years of yoga,
t'ai chi and chi gung. I enjoy the breath work from the
standpoint of
energetic awakening and physical revitalization. While it
has had some
impact on lower body mobility, it is not as much as I would
like. Can
anyone give me some feedback?
Also, I am in the Dana Point, California area for a month. I
do not know if
there are any practitioners in the immediate area. If there
are, I would like
to get together.
Thank you. Love and Blessings to all.

The lower back could be difficult when you're working on
yourself. I have
been able to realign vertebrae in my neck which were causing
headaches.
They're easy to reach. I would suggest using a surrogate for
the lower
back, and just chase the pain on the surrogate as though you
were working
on your own body. Just some thoughts . . . .
Cassandra *
---------------------------------
When working on yourself, for areas that are hard to reach,
act as if you are
doing "long distance" work on yourself. Many
people have mentioned that
working on yourself is slower to get results than when
working on others.
The key word here is "slower," not non-existent.
So, work on yourself and
just enjoy yourself as you do. Energy flows easier with a
more relaxed and
joyful attitude.
We have found with the work from the Core transformation
class that we
get just as good a result working on ourselves as when we
work on others.
If you are primarily working on yourself you might consider
this class.
Understand that these techniques work wonderfully on others
as well. It is
simply that the 3rd person attitude created by this
particular focus make it
much easier to work on ourselves as well.

I have a success story using QT on my lower back regarding
re-alignment
of my pelvic girdle. I had sustained lumbrosacral sprains
and strains over
twenty years ago while weight lifting. I not only recognized
an immediate
feeling of weakness in the region but my pelvic girdle had
widened. Years
of chiropractic care only gave temporary relief from pain
but I finally got
results when I had a procedure known as Sclerotherpy. It's
the injection of
natural substances in to the affected area producing
inflammation with the
idea of increased blood flow and ultimately healing and
re-strengthening.
That procedure worked wonders for the sprains and strains
but didn't affect
the bone structure until I found QT. I've been practicing
for at least eight
to ten months now and I have recognized my pelvic girdle has
dramatically
realigned itself. It takes time though especially in my case
because it was
such an old injury.

8) Asthmatic Practitioners
Is there anybody with asthma out there who is having success
helping
people with QT? I read about Rasmusson taking huge gulps of
air and
being a very effective healer.** I can't do that and I'm
wondering if it's
hindering my efforts. People I treat feel good but nothing
really
spectacular has happened yet.
CarolyRuly *
---------------------------------
Hi CarolRuly,
My husband has asthma. About a month ago he got really bad.
He has
other allergies also. He went to his allergist, who then
sent him to a
pulmonary specialist. It was a month before he could get an
appointment.
Every day, I started running energy on him, one hand on the
front of his
chest and the other on his back. By the time he went to the
specialist he
was much better. The pulmonary specialist had the results of
his tests from
the allergist. He ran all the tests again and told my
husband that he was
100% better. He said whatever you are doing, keep it up
because it is
working; he couldn't believe how much better he was. He
wants him to
come back in three months, and said by that time if he
continues to
improve like he has, they will be able to take him off of
some of his meds.
Joy to the world! That will be wonderful!
QT works on asthma. He has started walking a mile a day, and
can breathe,
too. Teach someone around you to do this and have them run
energy on
you, or find a practitioner in your area to go to and be
well again!

Don't be concerned about extreme deep breathing; find a
breathing style
that works for you and offer the energy. This may mean that
it takes a little
longer, initially, to get results but you will still get
result. As you get used
to the technique you will find that you can be more dynamic
in your
breathing. Relax, enjoy and offer with abandon.

Hi There,
My husband is asthmatic and is documenting his hours towards
becoming a
certified practitioner. Although he has only 70% of normal
lung function
he is getting good results with both hands-on and distant
work. In fact, he
finds that the breathing 'exercises' help with his asthma.
I would think that whatever your 'normal' breathing is,
deeper and longer
has to raise your vibration, even if that might not be as
deep or as long as
other people. The overall increase may well be the same. I'm
also sure
that, with practice, it will become easier for you.
Hope this helps,

9) Intense Feeling
Hello,
I ran energy on my best friend who is going through a lot of
emotional
problems right now. I saw in the book where it talks about
working the
areas where you physically feel pain. She pointed to her
stomach, so that's
the area where I worked. I told her if she felt any pain and
it referred
anywhere else, to let me know and I'd follow it. She said
that instead of
pain, she only felt a heartbeat. At first she felt it in her
stomach area
(where I was working), then in her throat, the back of her
head, behind the
eyes, and also between the eyes and back to her stomach. I
followed the
heartbeat wherever it went. I was wondering if that was
normal and if I
did the right thing by following it.
I also read in the book about healing the past, where you
imagine yourself
at a younger time and in distress. You focus the image in
between your
hands and run energy to your younger self. I did an
experiment where I
had my friend think back to the specific time where her
emotional distress
started. I told her to imagine herself comforting and
reassuring her
younger self and focus in on a specific body part; she chose
her stomach
again and that's where I ran energy. I immediately felt my
hands and arms
heat up/tingle like they normally do. The intensity
increased dramatically
within the first few minutes in my hands and arms and I then
felt it around
the edge of my face, then eventually down to my cheeks. My
hands felt
like they were vibrating uncontrollably (even though when I
looked at
them, they looked fine).
At that point she said she felt the heartbeat from head to
toe. The
intensity, along with how fast it all occurred, upset me, so
I stopped the
session. I'm wondering now if we were in the middle of an
intense healing
session and if I should have just kept going. I'm also
wondering if anyone
else has felt anything like that before. I know I helped her
immensely, but
I always wonder if I could have done more for her.
Thanks.
aimele *
--------------------
Hello,
Unless you felt it absolutely necessary to stop the session,
I have found it
best to continue. It is rare that the feelings you were both
having would
continue at that intensity for very long. It comes back to
the principle that
we let the energy do what it needs to do, and trust the body
to use it where
needed. Also, it was good to follow the "heart
beat" like you did.
Keep up the awesome work!!
Be well.
ronlechner *
--------------------
When working on someone's emotional trauma it is very
important not to
leave them in the middle of the process. When we teach the
basic
workshop we talk about the patterns you will feel in your
hands and the
ending of all but one of them is that the energy will
dissipate; the energy
abruptly stops when the person has taken as much energy as
they can. If
you have not reached that point it is important to continue
to run the
energy; otherwise you are leaving the person sort of
"half baked." This can
have the effect of making the person process for a much
longer time than if
you had continued until you had complete resolution to the
situation.
The tingling you felt was probably the fact that you were
really
oxygenating your body (if you continued to breathe and
sweep). If this
happens again, you can try backing off just a little from
your breathing and
see if it tones down a little. If that doesn't help you may
be entraining to
their vibration and a good fire breath should push the
sensation out of your
body.
Emotions are very strong occurrences, and it is important to
be ready for
almost anything. Many times there is just a short amount of
crying or
laughing, but once in awhile someone will have a huge
release that can
involved screaming, moaning, their body flailing around, and
pain that is
so intense they think they can't stand it (DO NOT stop if
they are at this
point), etc. The most important thing is to get the person
to put all their
attention on the physical pain/discomfort. Do your very best
to remain
calm and centered. You will run the energy better that way
and they will
feel more comfortable being able to let the process continue
to completion.
Reassure them that the pain will only last a short time and
then they will be
free from this trauma. Remind them that the energy can only
do good; how
much better their life will be once this is processed once
and for all.
You did exactly the right thing by following the pain all
over the body.
The body was directing you, via the pain, to the areas that
most needed the
energy. Just remember that the answer is almost always
"more energy."
You did a great job sticking with your friend. Next time you
can trust the
process and stay with it until it reaches complete
resolution. Not to worry.

10) My Brother's Seizures, Twenty Years Later!
Can anyone help my brother w/ QT for three seizures that he
recently
experienced . . . his first episodes in 20 yrs? Can it be
dangerous? He just
got taken to the hospital; can anyone help my nerves come
down? We are
both in Prescott, Arizona.
Thank you.
noelle *
[Three days later:]
My brother is doing better now; he will be having a couple
of tests to
determine what happened that day.
--------------------
Hi Noelle,
If anything like this ever happens again you can immediately
start running
energy across his head, either hands-on or long distance.
The main thing is
to keep yourself as centered and focused on creating a good
energy field as
you can, without trying to make him better. Just create the
field; that is
your most important job. The energy will do the healing.
The breathing and the sweeping should help you calm down and
become
centered, but if it doesn't you can always do some long
distance work on
yourself. Just see your entire body being held in your hands
and run the
energy on yourself. I use this technique a lot when I am
having problems
getting quiet in meditation and it almost always calms me
down within five
minutes.
Glad to hear that your brother is doing better. Hope this
was a one time
deal.

11) Attention Deficit Syndrome (ADD)
I have been asked by a client to do some energy touch
healing on her three
year-old who has been diagnosed with ADD. Does anyone have
any
stories, ideas, or comments on this particular topic?
kokelly *
--------------------
With ADD/ADHD, one of the problems is that the child is not
able to
easily move from one brainwave level to another (Alpha,
Delta that sort of
stuff). They are fine if they are doing a project that
requires just one level
of brain function, but as soon as they need to move to
another level of
function they cannot do it and so they begin to act out.
I would recommend short sessions (5-10 minutes) focusing on
the head
area, with the intention that they be able to move easily
and freely from one
brainwave level to another. You may also be able to do a
longer session
while the child is asleep (this probably would only work if
it is your own
child because it is hard to set up an appointment when they
are sleeping).
Another thing that could help is to get the child on a very
clean diet, with
no processed foods at all and a lot of raw fresh vegetables,
fruits, & nuts.
Remove all processed sugars, preservatives and additives.
Hope that helps.

12) Distant Healing
Why do we use our hands in a distant healing if were not
physically
touching the person? What if someone does not have hands due
to an
accident?
salami *
--------------------
I generally don't use my hands on a distance healing.
Instead, I run the
energy up and out my third eye area connecting to and out on
the "thread"
that forms when you think about that person, animal, etc.
Sometimes, I've
also "seen" what looks like big tree limbs of
energy flowing out of the top
of my head to all that I'm sending energy to. When that
happens, I think of
it as the "Tree of Life". Since I don't have a set
routine, I feel like the
method that is used is being directed by a higher
intelligence, not my ego,
so I don't strain to stay within certain parameters. To me,
it's better to stay
"in the flow" than to fight it!
Many blessings,
DebbieB *
--------------------
It's just a way of focusing your energy using the QT
breathing since the QT
breathing focus is on the energy coming up the body and out
the hands. As
Debbie notes, there are as many ways of doing distant
healing as there are
individual healers. There really are no absolutes. If
someone had no
hands, they can simply imagine hands; in most, maybe all,
cases, the
energy channels are still there. Some healers who have
posted on this
board talk about imagining extra pairs of hands being useful
both in hands-
on and distant healing.
Again, though, there are no absolutes about how to do
distant healing.
Jocelyn *
--------------------
I use hands because it gives me a focal point to focus
through and an ease
of working. Of course, no one needs to do this; it is more a
question of
what gives you a sense of connection.

13) Funny Healing Story
I just had to share this! It tickled my funny bone! My
graceful self fell
over a board in my path and I ended up with a large ugly
bruise on the front
of my shin right above my ankle. I was running energy one
day this week
and just decided on a lark to run energy into the bruise.
Because of the
position (and I wasn't really too concerned about whether it
worked or not,
because it really didn't hurt), I laid my fingers across the
bruise and ran
energy for maybe two minutes. The next day I glanced down at
the bruise
and had to laugh. There was the exact pattern of my fingers
returning to
normal color across the bruise!! So now I have a
"zebra" bruise that just
causes me to giggle every time I look at it!
Many blessings to all,
DebbieB *
---------------------------------
I had a similar incident. I had an ingrown toenail fixed,
but the nail and
skin around it was very tender. I decided to run energy to
it and I noticed
the polish seemed soft. I looked more carefully and
discovered a
thumbprint right in the corner of my toenail. I had the
pedicure a week
earlier, so the polish had to have been permanently dried.
The imprint is
still there, and the sensitive area is gone. Occasionally
the nail still seems
sensitive and I run energy and relieve it.
Sherry *
---------------------------------
I had an experience where I worked on a woman who had a bad
sunburn. I
started working on one side of her face but was interrupted
as our group
was leaving for lunch. During lunch people noticed that the
side I had
worked on was a nice bronze color, while the other side was
lobster red.
By the time we returned from lunch, her face had become a
lovely bronze
color all over.

14) Mental Illness & QT
Though I probably know what needs to be done, it can get
emotionally
draining. A loved one has been diagnosed as mentally ill. It
was a relief,
in a way, as it finally made sense why there was so much
anger and
fighting over nothing. On the other hand, the diagnosis
affected me deeply
and I wish to send lots of distant healing; I find, however,
that I sometimes
get upset. I guess I should ask for help by posting to the
new Distant
Healing section** (great idea to start that! Thanks!). With
that said, does
anyone have any tips for QT, Distant Healing, and Mental
Illness?

In general, send the energy into the brain. There are often,
obviously,
emotional issues involved here as well. Doing QT for the
emotions is also
indicated. There have been a number of posts about emotional

QT. Do a search on this site for that and let us know how it
goes.

Start the session with golden hands on the occipital ridge
and also on the
hips . . . as if the person was with you for a local
session; also, employ
golden hands on the shoulders and all around the head.
Mental imbalances
are often related to enormous stress; hence, the work on top
of the
shoulders and the head. Relax and let the body intelligence
of the person
guide you even while doing QT distantly. Remember that
energy knows
neither time nor space.

general, is just a
much happier person. I always trust that the energy will go
where it is
needed, particularly with mental illnesses.

15) Childhood Scoliosis--help!
About a year ago, there was a post about a 12-year-old girl
with scoliosis
who was successfully treated by the Austins.
I'm now confronted with an almost identical situation, but
with a lot less
experience! This girl is 12 also, with a 43-degree curvature
in her upper
spine. She had been scheduled for surgery the day before;
her parents
decided to try QT instead. I've seen her just twice and have
suggested to
her parents that we have mid-week sessions for at least the
next two or
three weeks to help reinforce whatever good is being done
(e.g., she no
longer has pain in her lower back).
They'll be here tomorrow evening and I'd love suggestions
about ways for
her father to work with me in order to intensify the energy
level. For
instance, if we used hand-stacking, what would be the best
placement of
our hands on her spine (without contorting our bodies too
much)?
Thanks in advance, everyone!
Love and healing,
Marian *
--------------------
I'd work both sides of the spine from the tail bone up to
the cranium,
working each spot along the way. There is no order to
follow; just work
everywhere and chase pain or sensations. Balance hips front
and back, and
keep working. I'd probably spend at least one hour the first
time I saw her
and want to see her every day or two for a while. I'd also
want her parents
to learn to use QT to give her additional sessions. Please
take before and
after photos from the same angle and lighting.
Don't worry about boosting the energy; just stay in a space
of gratitude and
love; oh yes, and keep breathing and sweeping. Remember, you
can't do it
wrong. Have fun and follow your intuition. Chase the pain or
sensation.

16) Thyroid

what area, besides the neck, was treated.

Hello Carol,
I have hypothyroid and I have used QT for it! Start with one
hand just
above the forehead and one hand where your spine goes into
the skull; then
follow to mid-neck, then to the beginning of your neck, and
then
elsewhere; you might follow the energy. Pay attention to the
pituitary
gland; hormone problems can start from there and affect the
thyroid. It
worked for me. My temperature was low, in the 97's; it has
now reached
98! Thank you, Quantum-Touch..

17) Extremely Difficult, Resistant Client!
About two weeks ago a lady called me from another state,
after seeing my
practitioner listings on the internet. She is in her
fifties, and asked for a
distant healing session for chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia,
anemia, and back
& neck problems. "I was born weak &
frail," she told me. All previous
attempts at healing had failed. She tried conventional
Western medicine,
Chinese medicine, Reiki, homeopathy, some kind of electrical
thing, some
type of crystal healing, and herbs. Her voice & manner
of speaking gave
the strong impression of passive-aggressive helplessness (my
impression).
Money is an issue for her; since she is unable or unwilling
to pay, I waived
a fee and told her I'd do my best to help her. I did an hour
of distant
healing at a pre-arranged time and kept concise notes as to
what I "got"
during that session. I called her immediately afterward,
discussed what I
had done, my impressions, and answered questions for her.
She agreed
with most of the information that had come to me; the only
thing I missed
was her age. I got her age as in her 70s, but she is
actually in her 50s. She
said she was very disappointed that she was not cured, and
said that she
had felt nothing except "some warmth &
tingling."
I had explained that the healer is the sick person who gets
well, that the
healing life force energy is directed by the practitioner,
and that that energy
comes from elsewhere . . . call it God, Source, The
Universe, Higher
Power, Zero Point Field, or whatever is appropriate. We
discussed the
wonderful body-intelligence that allows healing to occur and
I encouraged
her to let a few days pass to allow changes, and to just try
noticing if any
changes were happening for her. I also asked her to call
back and let me
know how it was going.
Two weeks passed and today she called me back, saying she is
very, very
disappointed that she isn't healed. More than that, she is
angry, or sounded
angry, saying "Well I guess I'll just have to do it
myself then, like that
retarded baby." I asked "What retarded
baby???"
She said the one whose story is told on the QT Home Page.
"After all, that
retarded baby learned to do it with no instructions at
all," she said, "so I
guess that's what I'll have to do." I asked her if she
has read Richard's
book. "Well, no, I don't see why I should read THAT;
that retarded baby
didn't read any books."
I told her it would be easier for her to learn, if she would
read the book. In
my experience, study greatly accelerates learning.
"Well I'll think about
reading it then, but that retarded baby sure couldn't read,
and he learned it
all by himself, so it can't be that hard."
She was SO stuck and SO fixated and hung up at the retarded
baby level,
that no matter what I tried to say, she went right back to
the retarded baby,
and there was no diverting her. Finally, in frustration, I
wished her very
well in her healing quest, and exited the conversation as
gracefully as
possible.
I concluded that I did my best for her, that I am satisfied
with my effort and
intent, and that if there was no healing, that is her
"thing," and I have
released it. In her mind there was no healing, but as
resistant and stuck as
she is, she may not have noticed any changes or perhaps
could not admit
that any changes happened. She remains an unhappy customer,
disgruntled, and reveling in her many illnesses, as far as I
can tell. At least
she can't complain about the cost of her session!
Does anyone have any insights into extremely difficult or
resistant clients,
and how to work with them for optimal results?

Hello my Friend,
Frustrating, isn't it? This gal of yours is a pro and she
played you
perfectly. She got off and it didn't cost her a dime; well,
maybe a dime or
so for the phone call.
My work, my time and my Love are valuable! So are yours.
When I hear
this kind of talk from a client I set the program quickly -
usually a set of
three sessions. I won't go forward until we agree on a
multiple session
program.
I ask as many times as necessary "What can I do for
you?" or "What kind
of healing do you require?" and "Why do you want
healing now?" to really
help the client get a sense of why they called me in the
first place, as well
as what a piece of crap their life feels like when they get
into a space where
they need to control. These are really, really challenged folks!
The energy field they are addicted to is old and smart . . .
smart enough to
not give a hoot about you and only focus on getting the
addict "Off." She
got off alright and you are still trying to figure out
"What happened?"
Gina and I place plenty of emphasis on "engaging the
client" in our
workshops. We are creating a new workshop, just for
Practitioners, to
teach many of these techniques, so that you don't end up
feeling like your
are sitting at the Bus Stop watching the bus just drive right
on past without
stopping.
This is a great learning experience for you. There are
plenty of sick folks
out there who really do desire healing. This gal is one of
them. The part of
her that desires healing called you, and her disease
realized that hanging
around a QT Practitioner for any length of time isn't
healthy for the disease,
so you got spun.
Welcome to 'the next level,' my friend! This adventure tells
me you are
on the Healing Path and you will be working with some really
challenged
folks. You can't give what you don't have, so you're getting
the big
learning curve as preparation for your upcoming practice and
healing
Work.
Congratulations!

HealerAli,
It can be amazing to meet the people that do not really want
to get well.
They use their illness to control others and also it gives
them someone else
to blame for all the pain that they "suffer,"
which in my opinion they really
do enjoy. They love to exert control over others. Sad, isn't
it!
When the lady said she felt warmth and tingling, you know
that your
healing energy did reach her. To bad she chose not to accept
it! Her
problem, not yours!
Blessings to you! You are a wonderful healer!!!!
