For most of my life I held the belief that "hands-on healing" was something a very select few had the ability to do. Actually, I really didn’t believe that it was real. I was very skeptical of anyone that said hands-on healing was part of his or her repertoire. If I couldn’t grasp in my mind how it worked, it was too great of a leap for me. I now, however, sing louder than anyone the song of the healing touch. Last summer I was introduced to Quantum-Touch and I instantly knew that this was the work I had always been seeking.

It took a long time for me to even acknowledge that there was a form of health care other than the mainstream western medical model. I began my discovery with hypnosis training about fourteen years ago. I later found acupuncture and began my training to become an Acupuncture Physician. For the past several years I have thoroughly enjoyed my service to others using the Oriental Medical Model. However, when I was introduced to Quantum-Touch I saw a way to enhance every thing I was currently doing while, at the same time, adding a new dimension to my practice.

Quantum-Touch is a form of hands-on healing founded by, and described by Richard Gordon in his book, Quantum-Touch, The Power to Heal. Quantum-Touch is a powerful method of routing Universal Energy through your body into the client, allowing the client’s innate body intelligence to use the energy to heal itself. I use it as an adjunct to acupuncture and, at times, as a stand-alone modality. I am continually surprised and awed by the results I see when using Quantum-Touch with my patients.

This is not a technique where you get exhausted while working on someone. Quantum-Touch uses universal energy, not your energy. By using specific breathing techniques you raise your energetic vibration to a very high level, then by lightly placing your hands on the other person you cause them to entrain to your vibration. That is, they raise their energetic vibration to meet yours. That’s when the healing takes place.

Quantum-Touch is easy to learn and simple to use and, ANYONE can learn it and do it.

In a two-day Quantum-Touch workshop students are taught all of the breathing techniques, hand positions and different ways to use this marvelous method of healing. Quite surprisingly, they will learn that by using Quantum-Touch they can address practically any health issue a person might have. We don’t have to be able to diagnose the person’s problem. We don’t have to know anatomy, human or any other kind. The body takes the energy to where it is needed. We can use Quantum-Touch on ourselves, our family members and others, not to mention our pets and houseplants.

Quantum-Touch can be used effectively to treat spinal and other bone issues. The practitioner can actually see bones moving after just a few minutes using the technique. If bones need adjusting, the body will do that automatically, and move the bones to where they need to be. There are documented cases of people with scoliosis finding their spine has straightened after treatments with Quantum-Touch. Additionally, shoulder pain, neck pain, headaches and all other pain start to diminish almost immediately. Quantum-Touch also opens pathways for the release of emotional issues. This work is truly a quantum leap forward in facilitating each individual’s healing process.

As stated above, this technique can be taught to anyone. I have had children as young as 11 years old attend the workshop and thoroughly enjoy learning this technique. We all posses the ability to help others and ourselves heal, we just don’t know it. It is profoundly powerful for students to earn that they have the ability to help people, plants and nimals heal. Quantum-Touch is now available to all, and is something that everyone should learn.
